FAQ

Please read this entire page before placing an order. By making an order you'll be agreeing with the terms and conditions expressed in this FAQ. 



I ordered two items but I only got the shipping confirmation for one of them.

Don’t worry! This is because the order included a clothing item, which I don’t handle myself - they are shipped by an external company. You’ll receive the shipping confirmation in two separate emails with their respective tracking numbers. 

 

What is the estimated shipping time to my country?

Every order that isn’t apparel is shipped from Toronto, Canada. Normally, it can take from 10 to 35 BUSINESS days (2 to 9 weeks). It depends greatly on each country's customs processing time. 

For orders that include clothing ONLY, the estimated shipping times vary from 5 to 10 business days in the USA, 5 to 15 in Canada, 5 to 20 in Europe, 10 to 25 in Asia, 15 to 25 in Latin America, 10 to 25 in Africa and 10 to 20 in Australia. Please consider that during holiday season, some orders may take a little bit longer to arrive. 

 

Does my order include a tracking number? 

Orders DON'T include tracking number. If you need it, please contact me at batsarepunk @ gmail (dot) com to give you an estimated price. 

My package is stuck in customs.

Every processing period is different. I’ve had experiences where the package arrived in the country in less than a week, after being stuck at customs for 15 business days, and then it was delivered the next day. In other cases, the parcels entered customs and were cleared on the same day, so be patient! If you have a problem with customs, please contact them directly. 

 

Does the price include customs fees? 

I'm not responsible for any customs taxes that may apply in each country. 
Packages (such as orders including badges) must go through customs clearance. In most cases, you won’t have to pay any extra fee. If you place an order from the UK please keep in mind you may be asked to pay an additional fee due to the new VAT rules.  Nevertheless, this entirely depends on your country's customs regulations, the size and total cost of your order. If you have any questions, please contact your country's postal service and/or customs. 


About returned packages and lost packages.
I'm not responsible for lost or returned packages. Please make sure you fill in your correct shipping info when placing an order. If you want to correct or update your shipping info, please email me as soon as possible at batsarepunk (at) gmail (dot) com.
Returned packages can be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. If I receive a returned parcel, I'll contact you via the email listed in your contact info in case you want it to be re-shipped. In this case, you'll be responsible for the cost of a reshipment. If more than 30 days have passed since I tried to contact you for reshipment and I haven't had any answer on your part, I'll be taking it as an abandoned parcel and I won't be able to reship it. 

I'm a small store so at the moment lost packages cannot be refunded or replaced. Please contact your country's postal service if you suspect your package might be lost. 

Do you accept cancellations or returns? 

No, I do not. But if I made a mistake on my part (you received the wrong item, etc) with your order, please contact me at batsarepunk (at) gmail (dot) com
